The Analyst, Evaluation role is located in Orange, a vibrant town known for its excellent local produce, its impressive vineyards, its fine dining restaurants and outdoor activities. About the Role
The Analyst, Evaluation role supports program and policy areas in the early design stage of programs to ensure programs are evaluation ready, undertakes the collection and analysis of quantitative and qualitative evaluation data, and provides detailed analysis for reporting to develop key findings and recommendations for program improvements. This is a great opportunity to work on programs aimed at delivering significant outcomes for the State of NSW.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
To be successful in this role are looking for someone who:
- Has a keen eye for detail
- Can identify and solve problems
- Works both autonomously and collaboratively
- Delivers work within required timeframes
- Has strong qualitative and quantitative data research and analysis skills
- Can develop strong professional relationships with stakeholders
- Interprets complex data and distil evidence-based learnings
- Has demonstrated policy or program evaluation or research experience as well as previous experience reporting evaluation results and research findings
- Has tertiary qualifications in economics, commerce or related disciplines or equivalent knowledge and experience.
Salary
Clerk Grade 7/8. Package includes base salary ($97,152- $107,541) plus superannuation and leave loading.
